Tarragindi Carpet Cleaning: Cleaning up after other carpet cleaners.
It doesn’t happen often, but it does happen. We were asked by one of our Property Management Agents for a quick response. A Tarragindi Carpet Cleaning job that had apparently already been cleaned. The carpet not only looked soiled but there was considerable dog hair evident as well. The carpet just didn’t look like it had been cleaned. There were no ‘lines’ noticeable or any clean smell. The carpet really did look shabby.
After cleaning I was still quite sure this carpet had not been previously cleaned. The difference is quite noticeable in the above image. It was even more stark in real life. Carpet does not normally take the best photos with light causing some issues. All this carpet needed was some TLC and to be cleaned properly.
Pet hair and carpet
It is possible to remove pet hair successfully. If there is a considerable build-up, it could take some work. But a good result is definitely possible. We suggest 3 stages. Firstly a thorough vacuuming. Remember to also use the nozzle around all the walls. Then a proper hot-water extraction clean with a truck-mounted machine such as ours. And finally another vacuum. The hair often sticks to the carpet because of the oil that is also present. Proper hot-water extraction cleaning will remove this oil making vacuuming to remove the remaining hair much more successful.
This carpet was apparently already cleaned prior to us.
Cat hair and upholstery
The removal of dog and cat hair from upholstered furniture is also a similar proposition. Removing the oil causing the hair to stick to the material with professional cleaning makes final removal with vacuuming much much easier. We would normally remove pretty much all the hair off any upholstered furniture we clean. Remember, a vacuum prior to cleaning will help in this regard as well.
This Tarragindi carpet cleaning job shows it is possible to fix particular problems like pet hair on carpet and upholstery. Different fibers of course make it easier or harder.
