The work today was a retirement village carpet cleaning of a Unit. This carpet was approximately 5 years old and in very good condition. Well maintained by the customer, there were almost no spots or spills. It’s always a pleasure to clean carpets such as this. With limited soiling, the results in these cases are always good. Limited soiling of course also means negligible wear and tear. Traffic areas such as doorways had minimal wear as well. Cleaning the carpet every 12 months is ideal.
